🌿 Medizinische Verwendung
Traditional remedy for fever and scurvy (high in vitamin C). Leaf poultice for skin conditions. Mild diuretic.
⚠️ High in oxalic acid - avoid in large quantities if prone to kidney stones.

Classic ingredient in French sorrel soup. Young leaves excellent in salads, sauces, and omelets. Adds lemony tang without citrus. Pairs well with fish and eggs.
